Hi Ho, Hi Ho it's off to Houston we go.....

For those of you I haven't talked to today, which are only a few people... My day started headed to Houston with Kenya and Herb (her shelter friend) to see if we could find her family in the Astrodome. 1/4 of the way there we rec'd a call from a lady who said she thought she'd found Kenya's family at a shelter in LaFayette, LA. So we turned around and headed back to Dallas. What good would driving to Houston be if they weren't even there. We get back to the shelter in McKinney only to RE-look (for the 100 billionth time in 3 days) on the computers and find her sis, and several nephews listed as of yesterday at the Houston Astrodome. So, needless to say we were all tired and frustrated and flustered at all the phone numbers we've called and people who've sent us on a wild goose chase. Nevertheless, we will not relent in our searching. We are determined to find her mom. She is ill and needs Kenya. Please pray that our 2nd attempt to Houston (still unscheduled) will yield favorable results. We might go on Sun. if we still haven't heard something. Gotta run...I'm SO worn out. Keep praying for my friends father as he's still declining rapidly from the cancer that has overtaken his body. Pray for peace for him and no pain. Night night.
